A Florida judgment lien must be recorded in Tallahassee, it is good for 7 years and is renewable every 5 years up to 20 years.A $20. refiling fee is required each time.PLUS an affidavit as to the correct current address of the debtor, their ss# and the address of the creditor.

The underlying judgment is for 7 years, if a certified copy is filed in the County where real property is located, THAT lien is enforceable for 10 years and is non renewable.
