Hello, can I sue a CA or CRA in my local STATE COURT for a violation of a FEDERAL LAW? If the FDCPA and/or FCRA are federal laws, aren't I limited to filing in my respective US DISTRICT COURT, or can I sue in my local court as the "cause of action occurred here?" If a judge or court clerk tells me "not our jurisdiction" how should I reply?

Thanks all :-)
