You're the second person reporting the usual AssXXXX 'validation' scam, a violation of FTC rules. The poopsheet they sent you is not legal validation, it is artifice hacked together by "Bud" Reitzel's backroom team of monkeys. Report this to the FTC while ignoring the Big "A"'s letters. You're probably OK, start making trouble for them with the FTC. You're in California? Wonderful state, excellent protections for consumers. Utilize all of them against this predatory scumbag cabal masquerading as a 'collection agency', at other times calling themselves 'debtbuyers'. Right.
