Truly shocking it would be if the 'credit card agreement' submitted as evidence were even remotely legible. Did it resemble heiroglyphics? Oh, and yes, nice to see our little Hughie is consistent, submitting one statement page - with no supporting affidavits, might one so rudely presume - as 'proof' of indebtedness. And how could we forget his "J'accuse", piece de la resistance show-stopper spreadsheet, a real case-closer if ever there were. Perry Mason, look out.
Where did he - assuming 'he' exists - go to law school? This worthless scribe would suggest "Fred's School of Diaper Pail Analysis Plus Also Legal-types of Stuff As Well, And Too", but for the fact that graduates of that venereal hackademic institution display greater knowledge of law and more ethical behavior.
What, maybe a failed mobster? A wannabe leg-breaker lacking in intestinal fortitude? No matter. Some professionals certified to speak to such matters in settings more formal than those in which 'Dumpy' appears really want to discuss the effects detrimental to health courtesy of this apparent crack-brained, pompous, sand-flea.
Beautiful, you've prevailed against a real two-bit nuisance-suit filer. In a way, unfortunate Ol' "H.B." didn't pull his usual stunt of appearing by phone on court day. It's an act you have to hear to believe, even then, it strains credulity as doubtless this fourflusher strains at other tasks, the direct result perhaps, of insufficient dietary fiber.

Management Solutions - what's the 'F.A.' stand for? - is in fact a corporation whose sole officer, according to examined evidence, is Ol' H.B. hisse'f. That's right. Explore further, you'll find partnerships whose general partner is another partnership, links to repo outfits in the Tampa area as well as the east coast of the state, all the earmarks of a real, nice, classy, operation, staffed no doubt by most attractive, ethical 'collections professionals'. Right.
Now, this sewer-pickle blew the FTC rules re validation, among other things. Why not send copies of everything sent you by 'F.A.' to the FTC? I'll bet the syntax of his letters constitutes an ongoing stream of infractions, FTC rules being a thicket of syntactical proscriptions. Also, write to FL Div. Banking in Tallahassee and report this termite. There's enough reports about him floating around the net, same M.O., too many consumers hassled by sleazebag tactics. With personal apologies for impugning the good name of 'sleazebags'.
Why does he do it? It's profitable, and because he can. Make it less profitable. You may not stop him, but when the complaint stack attains a certain height...down it topples upon poor little Hughie's mottled, pointy, bewigged head.
