Everyone has pretty well described the continuous concatenation of violations committed by these venal cretins. Call the FTC tomorrow, start complaint and case#, follow up by submitting copies of all their poopsheets. These bugs are long overdue for chainsaw enema via governmental regulators. Time to stick their twisted-plastic teats in a big, fat, porch-mounted wringer washer.
Tell your family physician about stress experienced by the two of you, report all concommittant effects - sleeplessness, lack of appetite, lack of energy, difficulty concentrating and remembering, sense of unease, physical manifestations, etc. Useful as future evidence of damage inflicted by these criminals, yet another violation of federal regs.
Social security Disability is exempt, they can't lien your mortgage. Another meaningless -and illegal - threat. Sue these morons, write them up to your AG and theirs, as well as FTC. Tape their calls. As with all criminals, they bank on victim compliance flee from those who smash back via all legal methods.
Get them, burn them, in every legal sense of the term. Like roaches under a looking glass.

Burningly,
