Absolutely. Now, do precisely as Taziblue directs. Human nature is to complain to all but those capable of effecting resolution. Report these bugs, be persistent. Act like a taxpayer determined to obtain services due, sooner than later you'll succeed. And these wingless doot-flies will gladly add your name to the 'more trouble than their worth' list. Let them know that to mess with you means loss of money, expenditure of time, painful government scrutiny.
