Are you realy scared sick? If so take a deep breath. Allmost all of us here have been where you are now. I stoped worrying about assets and all that years ago. Here is how it works.
First they would have to sue you. but if you don't own much, its not likely.
Then if they win in court, they might get a judgement against you. but if you your out of work, on Social security or elderly you are most likely judgement proof.
then they would have to find your assets. most likely sieze your bank accounts. with all my thousands of dollars of debt I have not had these problems but I am sure somone will come along and post further on this. Old lurker
