Had my own little talk with an NC assistant AG who said since FTC already smacked Camco, NC probably wouldn't pile on. But she seemed a bit interested to hear about JBC. I don't think much will come of it. At least they were doing something good, like suing Cambridge Credit Counseling. Nice, but let's get not just the weasels, but the pirates too.
