Since Mitch Esq. brought a case he knew he would lose, he and his client might be liable for your attorney fees under §57.105, Florida Statutes. "Fifty-seven one-oh-five" is the magic incantation that strikes terror in the hearts of unscrupulous litigators all across the Sunshine State. Even the County or Circuit Court in and for Palm Beach "We Put the Duhhh in Floriduhhh" County should understand this. Or just move under the court's inherent power to sanction frivolous litigation.
