How did you find out that a suit has been filed. Who told you that??? Call your local courthouse and check it out. You should never talk to a CA and you should never believe anything they tell you. They lie all the time. If and when you are served, check it out with local courthouse, and DO CALL AN ATTORNEY. www.naca
