You say they are suing on 2 accounts TOGETHER ! Even if they are from the same creditor, unless they have the EXACT same account # and EXACT same dates of opening and default dates (which, by the way IS the start of SOL in Oh.) they are not allowed to merge the accounts. It is prohibited under the uniform rules of civil procedure.

Once you are served, IF they have done this, you can file an answer with a defense that will work.

DO NOT agree to a stipulated settlement, the CA's who do this frequently file the judgment ANYWAY.

If you go to Court, and fight them, and lose, you can THEN try for a mediated COURT APPROVED settlement that will protect you from an illgally filed judgment.

You really need a lawyer.
