Your account charged off 03/02 making it a little over two years old. Here is what 2 year old charge offs sell for
2.50% to 2.75% So they purchased your $10,800 worth of charge offs for around $300. What do you think would be a "fair" settlement to a company that paid $300? You really should think about fighting them in court. They don't always get the proper documentation to prevail in a lawsuit for their 3 cents on the dollar purchases.
