This all sounds a little fishy to me. I would not trust them (the CA). If you can afford to pay a big chunck of this you can afford to get a local attorney to 1st answer the law suit, and then file Interoragatories, and Production of Documents Requests. Code section 1319.12 Ohio Revised Code, spells out the conditions that CAs must follow, and some of the documents they must produce to prove they have a legimate right to collect. A local attorney should also give you the upper hand with the local judges. You may find they may even dismiss or contactc your attorney with an offer, much more to your liking.
Right now they (CA)are in charge and got you over
a barrel, you need to get in control not them.
You do that by hiring a local attorney who knows the local judges, and put it to them. When your in charge they will be willing to make a deal, or better yet maybe fold and run away like the scum suckers they are.
