Please clarify "last payment". I thought if an account gets charged off, and you then make a payment to anyone, that doesn't reset the clock. The clock only gets reset if the acct is re-aged (and that has to be mutually agreed upon). Everything I've seen written by WhyChat says that the SOL clock starts as of the first delinquency before charge off.
