Not true. They now have a judgement against you, you need to file your exemptions so that they can not take anything that is exempt in judgement.

A judge can not make you pay, it is up to the creditor to discover assets (if you have any) and execute on the judgement. What state are you in, there are some things they can not touch. Some of these CAs and attorneys just don't get it. If you could have paid you probably would have paid long ago.
