I just verified that there is a link to Florida debtor's rights on the site. Go to Florida, scroll down, and you will find it.

Don't let them push you around. 80% of all judgments are never collected. That tells you that most people who get judgments against them did not have the money to pay.

If you are in S Florida, you might want to contact Robert W. Murphy for assistance- he does do bankruptcy as well, if you decide that is your best course of action.
