only if its worth it. most people i know in life are rude daily. gotta save your energy and time for whats important...and rude isnt enough. my view only!!! besides, rude isnt illegal. lol. basically...if all i did was get back at rudeness...i wouldnt have time to do much else. and i dont want to be as bad as them..lol. next time ask for someone else...i have done that before. if they wont give me someone, i simply call back and then explain why to who answers.
