im sorry...i think its how we learn things tho, cause the law is sooooooooo complicated and it ends up sometimes who the judge plays golf with. esp in a small town like mine..everyone is inbred.. i mean, look at the criminal cases. a child molester went free because his victim killed himself and he couldnt confront him. WTF? so..i think court is always a toss up. you do your best...and learn...and your a bright person..in my book:)i watch judge judy all i can...lol.
