here is what i rec'd today....nat'l check bureau

this might be long sorry about this.....
nat'l check bureau is listed as the plaintiff, included with the summons is only First Usa's cardmember agreement which is totally illegible... looks like copies from a fax machine...they have joined 2 accounts... they did not list account numbers or any signatures... they did state that they will have a signed contract prior to trial, (i never signed anything)
there are no statements, account numbers, period

it also states that they made demand for payment, which they did not...

now a few questions... can i expect any phone calls.
should i phone them....
i was an authorized user on the acct and i can pay them but i want to make them an offer.... should i have an attorney do this...

it also did not say anything about firstusa selling the acct to nat'l check or even having them as plaintiff..

how does one answer this complaint... if i was a judge, i would laugh at what i rec'd.... any advice would be appreciated..

as an authorized user, can i fight this

again all they put in the summons is the card member agreement...
