I'm being sued by Asset Acceptance LLC in AZ for a 680.00 debt. I sent them a payement of 365.00 already and they are saying they never received it. I got the cancelled check from my bank that shows they deposited the check already. Now they are putting a judgment on me for the original 680.00 debt...any suggestions.
