Trying to buy a home. Received merged report from Mortage Co. these are things I would like to remove. Would like to get 100 % financing but they can only go 90 w/ report. Judgement $280 (not paid) 1/99
Judgement $375 (not paid & have no idea what this is for, also listed twice) 1/99 FST SW FNCL $3625 Repossesion (purchased account) 9/97 also original Creditor LSE/AutoMKTG $0 NCO Financial Services $262 9/99 Opened last reported 3/04
Asset Acceptance (Providian) 10/98 They filed suit on me last year & I filed answer (thanks to help of Why Chat) Attorney called & offered 50% settlement. I said no way past SOL. Haven't heard from since.
Providian also listed w/ $0 balance. Any suggestions would really help.
