Let's say a group of this maggot's former targets were to turn the guns on him, so to speak, by filing countersuits for malicious prosecuting, Shafritz' apparent stock-in-trade. Hypothetically speaking, the courts rule against him, but he's not worried, not with all those corporate and partnership vessels for insulation. So he doesn't pay a penny.

Except that a group of "Shafritz Survivors" gets together and buys out the judgements, goes to the courts and files an action against this jerk for contempt, or worse. This has been suggested by attorneys familiar with the creature in general and who would really like to engage in a bit of courthouse pest control. Food for thought.
