First off, clean up the duplicates.

You'll need to look hard at your mid-range FICO. Generally above 640 or so should be okay. If not, you'll be sent to preditory mortgage lenders for higher rates, balloon payments, etc...

I'd shop around, but bring the CR you have with you to other brokers and DO NOT have other brokers rerun your CR as it impacts the score.
