And to add to Lady Red's comments, they can't even hold you to the charge slips and their amounts unless the contract itself specified that the authorized user was to be held liable for the amount he purchased. So the contract has to specify it and they then have to prove only what you bought and signed for. They can't hold you liable for the entire amount.

Move to have the case dismissed. It is not your debt.
