Really need an educated FDCPA lawyer in WA state

I am looking for an attorney in WA state that "knows" collection law. I've found that unfortunately I seem to know a multitude more than any attorneys I've talked to about the issues. Does anyone know of a GOOD CA/Debt/FDCPA attorney in western WA? I've read about the Phillips guy on WhyChat's site, but have no knowledge...............any help here?
