i am trying to get a Zales reported as "included in BK" also.... actually the FUSA is reported that way!!! lol...but Zales...grrrr. they are run horribly...at least a year behind anything they receive. no word on nothing but ASSC was deleted...:)citi has duplicates all over the place with diff balances..and none r correct. morons. i think if we send proof..they have to. ? well BK papers with a lot blacked out on them, of course. thanks for sharing the link!
