i found the printout from 5yrs when applied for the credit cards.. it is a joint acct with me as one of the signors so i am liable... how should i respond to these idiots (natl check bureau).. the summons has only a credit card member agreement as evidence.. no acct numbers... no names on accts.. nada... it is barely legible... thanks in advance
