y'all won't believe this Sterling bank & trust said they wouldn't validate

i sent letter to sterling bank and trust they send me a letter back saying the following reason we will not release privileged information to you is because if this turns out that this is not you then we would have released information to you that you were not entitled to receive.to protect our interest we will release information that we have by way of a subpoena.(i think they have nothing anbody got advice to give)
