I have been working on building up my credit and have been going back and forth via online disputes to clear up a few hospital co-pays. I believe they are all paid but it was 3-4 years ago and I just recently saw them on my reports. I have disputed w/ all 3 CRA's. TU has deleted but the other 2 are being a pain in the @ss. Is it time for me to send a validation letter? I am in NY and within SOL I believe.
