summary judgement via phone at court hearing

Has anyone ever experienced a summary judgement via telephone? This will be a court hearing. Any idea what I can expect? Request validation long ago, got copy of credit card statment, not too ledgible and statements after delinquency.
Still have not received anything else. I am doing this pro se, any help greatly appreciated. Thanks.
