Yes, I've reported it to all CRA's and only ExP is holding out until a 10/04 removal. No, I've not disputed the account as "obsolete" with the CRA. I can do this if it's outside the 6 year SOL? Yes, I've opted out. No, I've not sent a letter to the CA's re: SOL. Even though the SOL in MA is 6 years they can 'report' it for 7, yes? Your wisdom is much appreciated.
