I contacted one of the C/A lawyers listed on the naca website....he may or may not be interested in filing suit against the scumbags that violated the FDCPA on numerous accounts. One of the other C/A lawyers 'can't help' with the matter. Quite frankly, it looks as though I'm doomed. I live in rural TN and can not afford a lawyer....I'm desperate. Any ideas or suggestions???
