What i can tell you is that you have lots of power with this company just know what you can do
Get like 800 bucks together and tell them this is what you can pay on the account and have them fax you a letter that they will report to the agency that your account has been paid in full before giving them anything.. you are in control more than likely they will be glad to take this money from you and wheel and deal
