Regarding previous post a creditor cannot report

a creditor can not report information to the credit bureaus without validating the debt however, if they choose not to validate, they must delete the information from credit file according to the fair credit reporting act. So if sterling bank & trust refuses to validate they would also have to delete info from Staggs credit file
