Yep, got the same 'offer' a few months ago from Alegis. This is the exact same stunt as Crap1 is pulling and a few other CA's are jumping on the same bandwagon - like NCO.

Accepting the 'offer' will most definitely re-age an old debt, puts it back on your credit reports if its already dropped off, and starts the legal SOL all over again (new contract). And, of course, they get all your current data with all those questions.

STAY AWAY, stay VERY far away from these 'deals' folks, they are nothing but pure BS.
