You're STILL missing the point - and you're still wrong ! The FDCPA DOES NOT APPLY TO ORIGINAL CREDITORS !

Now, IF the O.P. were to dispute the debt on his/her credit report THRU THE CRA'S, THEN it would have to be removed if it cannot be verified thru the CRA's and that is per the FCRA - and it is NOT validation.
