I've got a Jamaican woman calling me - my son (8 yr old) answered the phone last time she called & when she wouldn't say who she was or where she was calling from, hung up on her. She immediately called back & told him that he has no manners - she kept repeating "your mama never taught you no manners boy" until he hung up.

Extremely professional!!
