United Revovery just called and left a message for me at work. Apparently these guys are scum (whoa) and are already paying for FDCPA violations. The question is will a voicemail recording stating that my employer does not allow personal calls suffice or do I need to talk to the scum in person? Also does anyone know if they represent the OC's or if they are a CA? I got their letter but it was very unclear - just referenced "Debt incurred with Chase"
