I'm confused on reading the chats here. I've have credit
reports where items were not on there. My ex put a lot
of debt in my name 8 years ago. After a divorce some
that weren't on the credit report before showed up with
my name first on the account. I'm getting sued for debt
that isn't mine. Its been 3 years of badgering from NCO
and lawyers. Is there some way to fight this? Nobody
seems to get it when it's not really your debt. They think
somehow you knew about it all along. I had great credit
forever and now I'm scared to ever use credit again. I'm
so tired of being harrassed.
