Yeah I know they're not supposed to, but since I filed only 5 weeks ago they could say they haven't received notification yet. So I'll wait for a few more weeks, then see what my options are. My attorney said he will take care of them, but he just wants to send them a Suggestion of Bankruptcy, doesn't even want to report them to the bk court unless they're still calling in 6 months. However, *I* want some money. LOL I never used to think this way, but some of them were SO nasty to me I figure they owe me for emotional distress.
