Yes, but unless someone has kept their records, it is easier to check a credit report, if the entry is from the OC and matches your own data.

IF you have a copy of a bill that shows that your payment is late, or past due, it will also show your last payment received.

Or, just deduct a Month from your first delinquency on your credit report, (in CALIFORNIA)
