While I was in college (1998)out of state I went to the ER. I was on my parents insurance. We never recieved a professional Doctor bill. When my husband and I went to purchase a house in 2002, there was a claim from MedCLR on my credit report.

I turned it over to my parents and their insurance copmany to take care of. The Insurance company tried twice in May of 2002 to get account information regarding the claim and has never even heard back from MedCLR. I only found this out, because now there is a second claim from MedCLR on my credit report.

How do we (me, parents, insurance company) get account information so that the insurance company can pay when MedCLR won't talk to us. Also, when I first called MedCLR to find out what all of this was about they hung up on me 3 times after I asked "too many questions".

Thanks for your help,
Jeans
