Go to my website, linked under "Newcomers" go to the letter to HC providers, send it to the OC.

Opt out on your reports, dispute the accounts to the CRA's as "not mine and duplicated"

It is pointless to try to deal with a CA, all they understand is a lawsuit, or being hit with FTC fines.They DO NOT CARE about the truth or validity of any of their claims.
