I understand the last posting under the Law Offices of Harrison Ross Byck ESQ was a year ago, however, I have just been contacted by them. I became disabled and had no income. My credit card was recently charged off and I am just getting back on my feet. I just wanted to know the best possible way to approach this law firm. Do they file judgements quickly? Will they take extended payouts? Also after I either settled the account in full or get done my payment arrangement how difficult is it to get that taken off my credit report?
