WhyChat-Received my letter today from Riddle.Here is the full story.Went on temp.disability in feb.02(balance owed cap1-$350.00)From march02 until march 03 crap 1s disab. ins made minimum payments.Went on permanent disability in august 02.Ins. contract states that if and when I go on permanent disability they are to make a lump sum payment up to my credit limit($200.00) This would have lowered my balance to $150.00.This payment was not made until June of 03.Received a letter from RMA in Nov. 03 stating I owed $814.98.Received a letter in Feb. 04 from NCO stating I owed $954.48.Received a letter in March 04 from NCO stating I owed $971.86.Received latest letter on April 27 04 from Riddle & Associates stating account balance $944.98 + $48.48 interest=$993.46.They have NCO Group and Crap One listed as their clients.How did this go from $971.86 last month to $944.98+$48.48 this month?What is my next move?
