I think it depends on the state. In some states the SOL starts on date of last payment, but I think in most states it is when the account becomes deliquent. That would probably only be a 30 day difference. Credit reporting, far as I know, starts on the date of last activity. Hopefully, a couple of the more informed posters will clear this up. (grin)
