thanks for the info Paul. I am in Fla. and recently received a letter from them and they have been calling and leaving messages. What really has me pissed is they they left a message on my parents voice mail "this is so and so with the Law Offices of James West please contact and reference file #*&^%^&" Why would they call my folks? They live in the Northeast at an address I never lived at. In fact I have lived at the same address for the last 12 years and am listed in the phone book. I couldn't be easier to find if I hung a sign in front of my house. Would this be considered a violation for contacting a third party? I know they can call a relative one time to try and locate you but again I have lived here for 12 years.
