I don't think it would work with a judgement though because I think only the party/CA that was awarded the judgement could execute on the judgement. Pretty sure I read that. I just think it would be hard to buy individual debt. But, at pennies on the dollar, maybe you could invest in some other debt and give the guys a break. Who would ever know? Guess I'm a little crazy too!!
