u know, old lurker, that is a interesting idea. they already got their tax losses on it..why not let us buy it back ? then we could change fico to reflect some sort of positive! (so stupid..a paid CO same as unpaid--DUH) well, if one represented oneself a CA..one would have laws and such to follow..whether one collected or not. but how about...just saying..ok debtor..i wrote you off and have the tax thingy now..you want it for the same price i am selling it for? hmmmm i like that!!! we should tell congress! oh yes!
