Hiring Bud Hibbs ?

I am thinking of hiring Budd Hibbs to help me with this arbitration with W&A/MBNA. Has any one worked with Budd Hibbs? or do you think I should I handle the whold thing myself? I have asked for validation twice from W&A- which they have not properly given. next think I know I have a letter from the National Arbitraton Forum- requesting that I respond in 30 days else I will have to go to arbitration. I responded with a rejection of arbitration based on the fact that the account is in dispute. within a week I have a letter back saying I did not comply with the National Arbitration Forum Code of Procedures RULE #6 and #13. I went to their website- and tried to decipher RULE #6 & #13- but got no where.
Please help! Thank you.
